You are filled with rage , anger , have lost every person in your life and find yourself completely alone. You are looking for a way forward, for a solution as to what mostly , what should you do?

Desiring to change your life, so that you do not suffer the consequences of your bad decisions and actions is a serious business. You have to re-learn how to always keep yourself under control. You should try to always think, speak and act in your best interest and that of everyone. This is where you need to come.
It looks simple as a solution. Yes it is simple , if you just follow through. It will help you save the mental effort required to work it out. However , what is more important is your own effort, your own determination and your own motivation has to match your intensity of your desire, in order to come out of it. You may have to learn how to be caring, compassionate , honest and daring to always be fair and just in every of your dealings. Shortcut in life doesn’t help.
You can try and do so on your own, with the help of other friends , mentors and wellwishers or do some self reading and research from the net. If you feel that this task is beyond your ability, then be ready to seek guidance from a professional at least for some time till you feel you can continue on your own.
Changing behaviors and attitudes is not an overnight process nor an eternal one too. You should be able to see positive and sustainable results within 2 to 3 months if you start taking guidance/therapy from a professional or coach. It will save you time and your effort to look for what you need to do. Your coach will work that for you.
Every issue of yours, like your anger will be analysed, the causes understood and remedial process followed to heal them. Emotions you carry from your childhood or past will be considered, healed and release from your emotional body. Similar attention will be given to your other issues.
